Mob Farming techniques
image description
Materials Needed: Enderman farm location in The End Building blocks (preferably non-spawnable) Slabs (to prevent other mobs from spawning) Ender pearls (optional for teleportation) Endermite (to attract Endermen) Name tag (to name the Endermite so it doesn't despawn) Trapdoors or fences Water buckets A looting-enchanted weapon (for increased Ender pearl drops) Step-by-Step Guide: Prepare for the Trip: Equip yourself with good armor, weapons, and food. Bring building blocks and slabs for construction. Optionally, bring Ender pearls for quick teleportation. Travel to The End: Use Ender pearls to reach the obsidian platform in The End. Make sure you have sufficient supplies for building. Build a Platform: Construct a platform in the End, far away from the main island. Use non-spawnable blocks like slabs to prevent unwanted mob spawns. Create an Endermite Attractor: Use an Ender pearl to spawn an Endermite on the platform. Quickly name the Endermite with a name tag to prevent it from despawning. Build a Trap: Create a trap using trapdoors or fences to keep the Endermen within reach. Make sure the trap is tall enough to prevent Endermen from escaping. Add Water Channels: Construct water channels that direct Endermen toward the trap. Use water buckets to create flowing water that pushes Endermen. Looting-Enchanted Weapon: Use a looting-enchanted weapon to increase Ender pearl drop rates. Collect XP and Drops: Stand in a safe spot where you can collect XP orbs and Ender pearls. Use a weapon or your fist to defeat the Endermen. AFK Setup (Optional): Consider creating a safe AFK spot near the farm for convenience. Lighting and Security: Ensure the area is well-lit to prevent other hostile mob spawns. Secure the farm to avoid accidental deaths.
